EVENTS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the planning, organizing, executing and coordinating of events/activities for the members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualifications, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functionally and handle multiple tasks;
  • Able to work independently and also a good team-player;
  • Possess good working attitude, meticulous, efficient and takes pride in his/her work; and
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
