EVENT EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER Tricom Events Pte Ltd

A rapidly expanding events communications agency, responsible for the successful execution of some of Singapore’s biggest and most high profile events, has begun an exhibition arm, and is seeking experienced Exhibition Sales Managers to work with us as we further seek to become Singapore’s leading event communications agency.

EVENT EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER

Responsibilities:

To assist in the servicing of a portfolio of accounts
Conceptualise and prepare turn-key proposals customized to individual event
Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the event, ensuring client and event requirements are met
To take on project administration and assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken
Onsite execution and smooth delivery of event

Requirements:

A qualification in Marketing Communications, Business, or related disciplines
A passion for events and communications
An individual with pride, passion, and one that garners satisfaction from a job well done
An ability to multi-task
A resourceful individual with good time management skills
Pleasant personality and a good team player
Experience counts, but not as much as common sense and interest to learn
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
Ability to think strategically and work independently
Excellent command of the English language is a must

Remuneration:
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Attractive remuneration and bonus packages will be pegged against good performances.
