We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated personnel to join us in the following vacancy :

Event Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

To canvas, maintain and servicing new & existing customer on their events requirement · Handle events proposals, conceptualizing, budgeting & quotation administration
Liaising with appropriate external and internal suppliers
Preparing project proposals and presenting to clients
Responsible for the account management of pre-event during the event and post event
Manage effectively daily operations of events activities

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Those with more than 3 years relevant experience will be considered for manager post
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task & work under pressure with tight deadlines
A Strategic thinker with strong leadership, resourcefulness and the ability to think out of the box · Possess excellent eye for details
Willing to work staggered hours, overtime and on weekends when necessary
