Event Executive

Responsibilities:

• To canvas, maintain and servicing new & existing customer on their events requirement · Handle events proposals, conceptualizing, budgeting & quotation administration
• Liaising with appropriate external and internal suppliers
• Preparing project proposals and presenting to clients
• Responsible for the account management of pre-event during the event and post event
• Manage effectively daily operations of events activities

Requirements:

• Works well in a team environment
• Motivated by setting and achieving their own goals
• Love to engage in face to face Marketing
• Comfortable working in event or roadshow environment
• Willing to work staggered hours, overtime and on weekends when necessary
• IMMEDIATE STARTERS ONLY
