Event Executive

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and execute events independently.
Management and liaising with vendors and clients.
Develop creative proposals and sales presentations to clients.
Working on a wide variety of productions ranging from commercial events, theatre & parties.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in the event, production or media industry.
Professionalism and an exceptional work ethic are essential.
Creative thinker, able to prioritize work and multi-tasking.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all levels.
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on weekday nights and weekends if necessary.
Internet savvy and proficient in Presentation software.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Freehand are a plus.
