Estimator Tiong Woon Crane & Transport (Pte) Ltd

We are a well established lifting and haulage specialist company looking for highly dedicated professionals to fill the following position:

Estimator

Job Responsibility

Prepare Bid proposal/method statement and cost database
Prepare accurate estimates and billings
Submit progressive budgetary update cost
Analyse/ evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender report
Negotiate to ensure budgets are not exceeded
Establish and operate cost and financial control systems for weekly/ monthly report including cash flow projection
Responsible for taking-off materials, sub-contractor outsourcing and costing
Assist in progress claims, progress payments and finalising project accounts within stipulated time frame

Jobs Requirement

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years experience as an Estimator/Billing Officer in the marine industry.
Must be able to read & understand drawings
Can work independently with a minimal supervision and has the ability to work under pressure
Willing to work in overseas
