We are a company with businesses in construction of luxury homes, kitchen and wardrobe cabinetry and retail with our office located in Kuningan. We are the sole agent in Indonesia for an internationally renowned German kitchen brand and German lifestyle products. We are seeking a highly motivated, committed and qualified individual for the following positions in our Construction Division:

Job Summary

• Assist in calculating volume of work on weekly basis

Requirements

• Male/female, single, max. 30 yrs old.
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in building residential luxury homes is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to Estimate, make Bill of Quantity, Cost planning, Contract Administration etc.
• Computer literate: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project etc
• Able to make RAB and scheduling
• Understand Detailed Drawings, Materials, On-site issues and Tender Specifications
• Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage
• Honest, disciplined and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

SITE MANAGER

Requirements

• Male, single, max. 35 year old
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Min. 2 yrs experience in building luxury residential homes.
• Honest, disciplined and possesses leadership skills.
• Able to operate AutoCAD and make shop drawings.
• Position is based in Jakarta
