Engineering Manager

Job Description:

  • Actively participates in the Engineering responsibilities of various projects via consulting and advising while managing the team, providing vision, career development and support
  • Coach and guide the team to improve both individual and the project teams performance and efficiency
  • Constantly look for, propose, champion and implement new ideas, to ensure high quality, interoperability and scalability of the localized company products
  • Actively support the SIC budget holder in building and maintaining the Integration budget, by providing comprehensive and accurate resourcing modeling, estimated costs, monthly actuals and long term reforecast. Providing full cost transparency, predictability and cost risk assessments
  • In cooperation with the other department leaders, analyze current technology and software architecture across all studio teams, promote and implement changes in order to create the most efficient integration pipeline process

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree in Computer Science, Localization, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in technical project management roles
  • 5+ years experience in managing software or multimedia production teams with proven leadership and hands-on management skills
  • 5+ years of experience in high pressure, results oriented environments,
  • 2+ years of localization experience
