We are currently looking for dynamic individuals for the following position:

Engineer (Engineering Service – Chemical)

Responsibilities

Leads and oversees all activities in the section
Analyses and review complex machine problems so as to achieve high levels of machine utilisation, optimization, capability and stability.
Works on assignments that are significant complex where requiring considerable degree of technical competence.
Plan and reviews PM activities for the section.
Generates monthly equipment breakdown and expenditure report.
Ensure the PM conducted is of the highest quality.
Optimizes the machine maintenance budget by consistently implementing cost saving programs.
Follow-up new machines or lines problems with vendors.
Identifies individual needs and plans OJT training.
Conducts performance appraisals, manage leave applications, overtime and discipline within the section.
Ensure high standard of housekeeping and safety in the section.
