Morning Star Industrial Co. Ltd. is the subsidiary of a Hong Kong public-listed company based in China, Malaysia and on group basis we have manufacturing facilities in China. We are a global established connector manufactory in audio & telecommunications since 1985, located in He Yuan, China. Currently we looking for a potential candidate to join our organization and grow with us.

Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

(Base in China)

Responsibilities:

Assist project team in achieving project key performance such as value engineering and cost down activities.
Supervise testing and commissioning in factory & site.
Review and evaluate the product drawing and specification as well conduct feasibility study for both plastic part design concept and manufacturing technology.
Coordinating and work together with R&D team on tool buyoff and part approval.
Able to communicate effectively with clients, authorities and resolving design and site issues.
Make sure the projects / jobs meet with client specifications, safety standard and within dateline.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Possess at least 5 years of working experience in an engineering plastic precision machining environment or other related field.
Good planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
Customer oriented, aggressive, independent.
Possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills in presentation and written.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in guiding a team.
Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin.
Applicants must be willing to work in He Yuan, China.
Full-Time positions available.

Company Benefits:

The monthly salary is around 7~10k.
Meals and accommodation will be provided.
Allowance, insurance and annual bonus will be provided.
2 times of 14 days annual leave and two air tickets (two-way tickets) will be provided.
