EHS OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related background.
• Male/Female Max 35 years old.
• Minimum of having 3 years experience as a Safety Officer in a manufacturing environment, preferably from Multinational company.
• K3 certified.
• Strong leadership to drive EHS culture within the company.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good in English both oral and writing.
• Excellent knowledge in risk mitigation.
• Excellent knowledge of applicable country and local authority regulation.
• Having experience in ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 is preferable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement EHS program as local authority and corporate guideline within the company.
• Drive to build EHS culture within the company.
• Develop hazard investigation and risk analysis format.
• Conduct a regular EHS and physical condition audit to all area within the company and propose continues improvement.
• Coordinate with the related party such as Estate management, fire brigade and local authority.
• Develop an Emergency response procedure and conduct simulation on regular basis.
• Develop an Emergency Response Team along with the position/role description.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for all employees.
• Implement the standard signage, protective equipments, PPE at all area within the company.
• Adherence to Avery Dennison Value and Ethics Standard
