We are seeking aggressive Enterprise Data Warehouse Professionals (Technical & Business) to be part of the teams to provide solutions above.

EDW Consultants (Business & Technical)

Basic Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science or related fields. Masters Degree and/or Certification will be a plus.
Have relevant working experience of 3 years in the same or related areas.
Have deep knowledge and experience in Customer Analytics and Customer Behaviours
Have good exposure to Banks and/or Telco business models and processes
Have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills – ability to identify issues and opportunities and develop solutions, make recommendations and execute/manage their implementation within agreed timeframes.
Ability to communicate articulately both written and orally in English and Indonesian. Other languages will be a plus.

Key responsibilities will include :

Developing and Presenting the solutions to Business and IT Users.
Familiar with Business Operations & Processes in Financial Services (Banks), Telecommunications, Earth Resources & Manufacturings, Retails and Supply Chain
Understanding the end-user requirements (business & technology) and capable of proposing the solutions to the users requirements in the area of Business Intelligence, Analytical CRM, Active Enterprise Data Warehouse, Credit Scoring, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Optimization & KPIs
Designing and implementing business and technical solutions to meet end-user requirements.
Liaison with Principal in matters regarding channel relationships and growth strategies.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following experience and key competencies :

Demonstrate a strong problem solving skills
Have strong Networks and Business Relationships
Have a strong business senses (capable to translate user problems to solutions)
Must have clear targets and objectives
Experience in handling large/strategic accounts such as Government, Banking & Financial Institutions, Energy & Earth Resources, Telecommunications, Retails, Supply Chains, and others.
Demonstrated problem solving skills – ability to identify issues and opportunities and develop solutions, make recommendations and execute/manage their implementation within agreed timeframes.
Experience in large Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation which include Data Integration tools (Ascential Data Stage, Informatica, Oracle Warehouse Builder), Data Warehouse engines (Teradata, Oracle, DB2, Sybase), Enterprise Business Data Modeling, Business Intelligence Tools (Cognos, Business Objects, Microstrategies), Enterprise Data Mining Tools (SPSS, SAS), and other related tools.
Candidates with certification with the above tools and systems are preferable.
Must be able to work independently within cultures throughout the Asia Pacific region
