The Singapore Medical Association invites suitably qualified applicants for the following positions:

EDITORIAL EXECUTIVE

Main Job Responsibilities

To assist the Editor and the Editorial Manager in all aspects of editorial work related to the publication of a monthly medical journal of the Singapore Medical Association.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / diploma holder in any discipline. Previous experience in editorial work for a scientific publication is not necessary, but candidate must be willing to learn.
Experience in copyediting or editorial work is an added advantage.
Good command of written English is essential.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as navigating the internet.
Meticulous, diligent, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Able to commence employment immediately.

An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience, will be offered.
