I3 Drug Safety provides essential research services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, enabling them to meet rigorous regulatory and safety requirements as they develop new treatments and technologies to improve the well being of million of people world wide.

Drug Safety Physician

Location: Singapore

As a Drug Safety Physician you will be joining a successful International Drug Safety team based in Singapore and you will be responsible for providing profession services related to the review and evaluation of safety reports arising from clinical trials and for marketed drugs. These responsibilities will also involve drug safety signal detection work and signal medical evaluation.

As your expertise is valuable to us you will also be involved within key business development opportunities, scientific training and you will also be required with assisting the management of Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety staff when requested.

Skills and experience required:

• M.D.
• Proven clinical experience and training in a subspecialty area
• Medical Board Certification or elegibility and current medical licensure preferred
• Experience in drug safety, safety signal detection and/or clinical trials an advantage
• Experience in epidemiology and risk management an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in writing or editing reports of scientific research
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience working with personnel who have varied technical and educational backgrounds
• Experience in cultivating novel business contacts and projects
• Person must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
