Document Controller ISG Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd

ISG Asia is a company that specialises in providing construction and consultancy services to owners and occupiers of real estate in Asia and the Gulf Region. With a staff strength of over 440 full-time industry professionals based in 11 offices, ISG Asia partners with and works for its clients by providing a range of services that include project management, construction, and facilities management which are performed independently or integrated as a complete occupancy life cycle solution. The company is wholly owned by Interior Services Group plc.

Due to the continuing growth of the organisation, we seek a qualified individual to fill the following vacancy:

Document Controller

Job Duties:

The roles and responsibilities are as described below but not limited to:

Collate and distribute documents via web based medium
Ensure latest documents are in circulation
Provide support and services to the Design Coordinator
Maintain and update RFI logs and PMI logs
Liaise with Project Finance Department to upload documents

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma
Possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in web based software, i.e. Acnox
A team player who is organised, responsive, committed and able to work under pressure
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Additional Information:

Office Location: 1A Lorong Telok (near Raffles Place/Clark Quay MRT station)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
: 8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturday)
