Director of Architecture

Job Description:

Provide leadership to staff in project planning, design and documentation
Responsible for sales and marketing, and interaction with potential clients for business development purposes
Prepare proposals, project estimates, schedules, manpower allocations
Ability to interact effectively with management of international offices

Requirements:

Architect licensed in Singapore
Minimum 12 years experience in highrise, hospitality and leisure type projects
Minimum 5 years of client, office management & leadership experience
