NATURE OF BUSINESS

Qualified Person Services

Architectural, civil & structural engineering and fire safety design and authority submission works for new erection or addition and alteration building works
Building defects investigation and periodical visual investigation for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, and amphitheatres with tensioned membrane roof structure
Civil and structural professional engineer design for temporary or permanent works for sub-structural and super-structural construction works with the aid of state-of-art computer analysis software
Structural professional engineer for Reinforced Concrete pre-fabrication factories
Structural professional engineer for design and authority submission for building specialist works, eg aluminium windows and cladding works, stone cladding works, glass curtain walls, etc

Project Management Services

Project management of new erection or addition and alteration building works with a complete professional consultant team including quantity surveying service from the onset of a project till its hand over to our Customers
Construction management for main contractors in execution of building and civil engineering projects

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Degree in Civil Engineering
3 years of working experience in Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel Design
