Deputy Director (Tax)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the Group’s tax matters and compliance, including M&A matters, direct and indirect taxes and incentives
• Ensure smooth operation of the Tax division and enhance tax awareness of finance and tax personnel
• Provide advice to finance personnel in the Group on all tax matters
• Implement tax policies to enhance the tax compliance process in the Group
• Provide Management with tax advice and formulate strategies to improve business profitability and performance
• Participate in business planning, budgeting, performance targets and policy development
• Monitor tax legislation changes throughout the region, identify tax opportunities and develop appropriate strategies
• Liaise with tax agents and advisors

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably a CPA Singapore
• At least 10 years of corporate tax with cross-border experience
