We invite suitable candidates to join us as:

Demand & Supply Planning Exec – 9 mths contract

This person will play a critical role of interfacing with Sales, Marketing and Factory for accurate forecasting of the product category that he/she manage.

Managed finished goods stock level to meet customer demand at targeted service level and at lowest cost for business
Collaborate with Generating Demand to provide accurate consensus demand plan
Work closely with various functions on all delivery, inventory and product-related matters to ensure stock availability to meet customer requirements
Planned activities as well as monitor and identify areas of possible improvement and propose corrective measures to ensure demand plan accuracy
Oversee and ensure that actual stock is within acceptable level and correct stock cover is set
Preparing reports for measuring performance against demand plan and identify gaps and work with Channel business to close gap

Requirements:

Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration, logistics and Supply Chain Management or in related field
At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in master planning or inventory control
Some experience in Marketing/Sales in the FMCG industry would be an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and statistical skills
Proficient in the use of MS office preferably with experience in SAP and APO
