Data Analyst

Mission:

Due to increasing business demands in Asia, Traderforce is actively looking for highly motivated and autonomous individual to be a member of Data Quality/Product management team. This position will be based in Singapore, reporting functionally to manager based in Paris.

A suitable candidate should have experience working in back-end data operation environment, familiarity with some Market Data service (Reuters, Bloomberg, etc) and preferably knowledge in stock trading system and platform.

Key Roles:

Manage end-to-end flow of information from outsource data providers to users of our services.
Initiate and drive enhancement projects to improve data coverage, product interface and user friendliness by collaborating with multi-functional teams.
Actively manage client queries and problems pertaining to data content and product functionality.
Readily establish trusting relationships with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Review existing procedures and processes and recommend where automation or improvements can be implemented.
Contribute in the quality testing of newly developed features and upgraded product versions.

Essential Skills:

Fully proficient in English– French would be a plus
Minimum University education. (Relevant degree in Finance, Economics or Business)
Good working knowledge of financial markets (equities, exchanges, derivatives etc.),
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to cope with business pressure, skill in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
Independent, good team spirit and ability to contribute recommendations and improvements to existing programs.
An international perspective or background would be beneficial,
