CEVA is a leading global logistics company that provides end-to-end design, implementation and operation of logistics solutions in contract logistics, freight forwarding, distribution management and transportation management for large and medium-sized national and multinational companies. We are looking for candidates to fill position as follow:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE in BATAM

Responsibility:

• Ability to liaise & correspondence with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to do administrative duties like maintain database, filling, data entry, etc.
• Ability to coordinate with transporter / freight forwarders to pick up and delivery schedule.
• Ability to use and update POD in the system.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree with minimum 2 years experiences as a staff in Customer Service area.
• Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company.
• Excellent in build & maintain relationship new and existing customer.
• Good communication and administration skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good in Ms. Office (Good typing speed & accuracy).
• Good in English both oral and written.
