CUSTOMER SERVICE cum IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Requirements

• GCE A’ Level or Diploma in Information Technology with 3 years of experience
• Excellent IT skills – MS Windows Operating System/MS Office Applications
• Good working knowledge of MYOB Premier Accounting software
• Good command of spoken & written English language skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking individuals is an advantage
• Able to work independently

Job Specifications

• IT support duties
• Liaise with suppliers & customers
• Prepare orders, invoices, & shipping documents for bank L/C negotiation
• Update vendors’ records, verify suppliers’ invoices and other office admin duties.
