CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

Duties

To manage customer business relationship to identified Strategic Accounts & coordinate and act on feedback, requests & inquiries.
To render assistance to Strategic Account Manager in meeting department and company targets.
To build up good rapport through regular meetings with Strategic Accounts in order to secure & retain the continuity of maintenance contracts
To identify area for improvements based on customer feedback & to work alongside with Service Team Members to achieve customer satisfaction
To identify & seize business opportunities and channel sales leads to our Service Team Members.
To create awareness among Strategic Accounts on Service capabilities & One Solution Centre
Ability in handling corporate account and senior management

Requirements

Min 5 years in related position or industry
Degree in Engineering or any other discipline but with good exposure in engineering industry
Basic experience & knowledge in building management & related A&A works
Experience in co-ordination of building facilities maintenance projects
Possess Class 3 Driving Licence
