Our Singapore Office is expanding our OFFSHORE activities and we invite personnel with such background to apply for the below position.

Crew Executive

Requirements

Co-ordinate with vessels and manning agents on crew relief plan, crew change activities
Co-ordinate with manning agents for selection of officers and crew
Brief masters on crew dept accounting system
Liaise with vessels and manning agents on flag state documentation
Liaise with local agents for crew change arrangements
Monitor the validity of documents and licenses of officers and crew
Negotiate and source for hotel arrangement
Arrangement of accommodation and air tickets for Officers
Monitoring of budgets against expenditures
Prepare crew expenditure items and disbursement
Travelling as and when required
All other crewing related activities
