Credit Control Executive

Job Specification

To call all clients as per Collection List provided to ensure debts are collected in the shortest possible time, and in compliance with current collection policies and procedures.
Follow closely on older debts so as to reduce the risk of bad debts.
To highlight any problems/complaints associated with an account, and to follow up with respective sales/service personnel to ensure problem(s)/complaint(s) resolved as quickly as possible.
To liaise with Contract Administration personnel regarding any contract matters raised by clients.
To liaise with Service Coordinators regarding any queries pertaining to service and request for services.
To provide clients with copy documents as and when requested.
To attend to other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or GCE “A” Level and above.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control work.
Posses initiative and customer-service oriented mindset.
