We are looking for high caliber professional to join our new division specializing in international freight forwarding.

Country Manager

Responsibilities

The major focus is to grow this new and diverse logistics/freight forwarding operation dedicated to customer service and excellence.

Plan and develop operational objectives, attain operational efficiency.
Ensure that operations goals and budget requirements are met and maintained.
Assist the Managing Director with the input needed to establish planning for the country.
Initial set up arrangements for new station which include coordinating with counterparts for renovation, IT/Security installation, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
At least 7 years working experience, preferably in international transportation, commercial airfreight industry, or related area, including management experience.
Proactive business development with exceptional service delivery in a business to business environment.
Extensive finance, P&L management, costing, planning and overall budgetary control.
Strong management, human relations and communication skills.
Travel is required.
Proficiency in English & local language.
