Headquartered in Singapore, Milliken and Craig was founded 10 years ago by two senior professionals in credit and receivables field. It specializes in helping companies recover debts from other companies as well as from consumers. Currently, we have offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City.
Our goal is to provide cost effective debt management and collection services and customer service support outsourcing. We help customers avoid throwing away good money after bad. With a robust international network, our core competence is global credit collection services.
Corporate Sales Manager, Singapore based
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Acquiring large, multinationals accounts as well as SMEs and government organisations.
- Develop and maintain high-level relations with Directors, CFOs, credit managers and business owners.
- Joint sales and marketing planning with partners based on mutually agreed rules of engagement and initiatives
- Implement attack plans for strategic accounts.
- Provide monthly reports on sales activities, results and forecast.
- Provide market feedback and accurate projection to management to optimize strategy and positioning of offerings.
Requirements
- Good character with an attitude to learn and succeed.
- Individual contributor with ability to work independently and take responsibility of own efforts.
- Be a “High Energy”, results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Be a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the outsourcing market.
- 5 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with command of English language.
- Experience producing sales materials and delivering presentations before senior level executives.
- Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updated on progress and challenges.
- A proven ability to work with a diverse team of individuals in Asia.
- Minimum Diploma.
