Corporate HR Assistant / Officer (Payroll) Ghim Li Global Pte Ltd

Corporate HR Assistant / Officer (Payroll)

Responsibilities:

  • Main person in-charge of Creative EasyPay Enterprise (EPE) payroll system and ePortal (Leaves) system.
  • Monitor confirmation due – send Performance Appraisal & email to superior. Send list of confirmation staffs to Insurance broker for medical benefits coverage.
  • Process employees’ confirmation, transfer, salary adjustment, promotion, resignation, termination, dismissal, change of reporting supervisor – update EPE & ePortal, letters generation, filing, exit interviews, clearance, income tax clearance.
  • Payroll administration & processing for approximately 250 employees.
  • Preparation of Accounts report on manpower cost distribution.
  • CPF & Foreign Worker levy (FWL) submission.
  • Income Tax Auto Inclusion yearly processing.
  • Process NS Claims & Deferment.
  • Process Government Paid Maternity Claims.
  • Administration of Leaves, Medical & Dental Claims.
  • S Pass / PR application administration.
  • To be actively involved with Welfare programs & periodic projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • MUST be figures savvy.
  • With at least 2 years of payroll experience / Certificate in Payroll Administration / Accounting qualification.
  • Proficient in MS office skills especially Excel spreadsheet.
  • Experience with Creative EasyPay Enterprise (EPE) payroll system is advantageous.
  • Available immediately or within short notice is preferred.
  • Familiar with CPF, MOM & IRAS guidelines.
  • High integrity, ethical, meticulous, muti-tasking, quick-thinking & good interpersonal skills.

Other Details:

  • 5 day work week
  • Company transport provided at various pick-up points (AMK, Hougang, Tampines, Eunos, Chai Chee, Bedok & Tanah Merah)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Changi South

Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications
