We pioneered the world’s first IDD service portal – ZONE1511. Through just one number -1511, this state-of-the-art service brings together multiple IDD carriers and helps users manage and control their IDD calls.
We are one of the leading IDD service providers in Singapore and we would like to invite dynamic individuals to fill the following position based in Singapore.
Corporate Account Manager – Loyalty & Retention
Responsibilities :
- To manage corporate customer to meet revenue targets.
- To provide dedicated and proactive support to high value corporate customers.
- To build and manage strong customer relationship by delivering superior customer service and solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Establish regular contact with customers to establish closer rapport and build loyalty towards ZONE and to minimize churn.
- Study and analyse statistics to identify usage pattern, behaviour and trends and take appropriate actions to manage each situation.
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma with 1 to 2 years of corporate sales experience
- Willing to take on challenges and possess a positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and coordinating skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in customer management.
