CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (China Based)

Job Description:

Responsible for administering and coordinating the design and construction of commercial office projects till completion
Ensure compliance of construction specifications and requirements according to contract
Manage and monitor the progress of assigned projects to ensure completion according to schedule
Supervises workers at assigned project sites

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in architectural, building construction management or its equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction/interior design industry
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Excellent project & people management skills
Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possess knowledge of mechanical, electrical and carpentry work would be added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English language
