Our confectioners are some of the most experienced, well trained and professional candy makers working anywhere in the world today. A special combination of craftsman, entertainer, labourer, sculptor and chef.

We are proud of what we create, and the entire process is on show. A sensual delight and fascinating exhibition of skill, watching lollies being made is the only way to truly appreciate what we do.

Confectioner

An exciting new position has just opened for an enthusiastic young person for the role of Confectioner (Full Time)

Job Description:

• Responsibilities include making and packaging candy.
• Serving and promoting candy products to walk in customers

Requirements:

• Preferably strong, athletic and well–groomed
• Independent individual with an eye for detail and creative flair
• Must be self-motivated, good communicator, fluent in English and comfortable with following direction
• Any experience in candy making / confectionery will be an added advantage
