CB Richard Ellis, a leading property consultancy firm is seeking dynamic highly motivated and independent person to fill the positions at The Cosmopolitan

Condominium Manager

To oversee and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of a high end Condominium, you will be responsible in the general administration of all building trades, M & E equipments, security, facilities, site staff discipline and welfare and control of performance standards.

Pre-requisites:

Degree in Estate Management or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant working experience preferably in the management of high-class condominiums
Good working knowledge of the building Maintenance And Strata Management Act 2004
Excellent interpersonal and strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment operation would be an advantage
