COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Spore

Established in 1963, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) is the national accountancy body that develops, supports and enhances the integrity, status and interests of the profession. Today, ICPAS has over 20,000 members and/or Certified Public Accountants Singapore working and making their mark worldwide. ICPAS is looking for a confident and highly motivated individuals to help grow the profession.

COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the production of Singapore Accountant from start to finish.
Writing and proofreading of articles for various communication channels.
Proofreading – spotting & correcting grammatical errors as well as improving layout.
Assist in events management and other ad-hoc projects.
Update website contents and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

Possess a diploma Mass Communication / PR or equivalent with minimum 1-year experience preferred.
Effectively bilingual with good spoken and written communication skills.
Meticulous, organized, pro-active.
