Commercial Officers / Executives (Marine)

Responsibilities

Sub-Contracts Resource Management

• Source and recruit suitable sub-contractors to carry out specified works
• Negotiate and finalise tenders, proprose sub-contractors required by Production Departments for ship repairs/conversion works and to negotiate sub-contractors’ invoices and propose settlement.

Or

Billing

• Prepare, negotiate and settle invoices
• Capturing of all additional works carried out through co-ordination with Production Departments for work completion reports and presenting of accurate invoices on time as required by Owners’ Representatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Marine, Marine & Offshore Technology)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Marine background is a must
