Clinical Specialist

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing support to customers in resolving clinical issues and also developing and delivering customer focused training.

Requirements:

• Nursing background, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with about 3-5 years clinical experience, preferably with exposure to dialysis or intensive care
• Demonstrated ability to take a positive, proactive approach to solving complex and/or unusual clinical problems
• Strong product and therapy knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact in a positive, proactive, customer service
• Interest and desire in providing support and conducting clinical training and education to our customers, physicians, nurses and other technical medical staff
• This is a permanent position. Candidates must be prepared to be on standby duty to support customers as and when the situation arises.
