We are a Japanese pharmaceutical company based in Singapore established to carry out Pan-Asian trials as well as participate in global clinical development programs of oncology drugs. With new studies being initiated, we are seeking to engage a Clinical Research Associate to join our team.

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, the Clinical Research Associate has to initiate, drive, coordinate, track, and ensure overall quality of clinical studies in the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical site management, site training and operations within clinical trail (monitoring).
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and according to ICH GCP standards and the company’s SOPs.
• Frequent liaison with Project manager and Clinical operations manager with regards to project tracking, identification and solving of potential problems.
• Contribute to the development of clinical trail plans e.g.: study aids, recruitment of investigators.

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in Science, with a major in pharmacy or equivalent. Fresh pharmacy graduates are welcome.
• Fresh CRA or experience study coordinator with oncology background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate self-management skills.
• Able to travel. About 25-30% regional traveling is required.
