Client Solutions/Project management

Responsibilities:

Client facing project management delivering solutions/projects to multi-nationals
The end-to-end management of the project life cycle from project design, organisation, planning, through to implementation
Process mapping
Vendor management/sourcing
Basic understanding of technology of business
Financial management of project costing against budget for a service based business
