CLS Communication is a leading provider of Multilingual Communication Solutions to the financial, legal and life science industries, with business operations in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Client Relationship Manager

We are now looking for a Client Relationship Manager for our Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience selling translation or document management services, and/or experience selling related services to large financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying and developing potential clients through a variety of prospecting activities.
  • Managing existing client relationships to develop long term business opportunities
  • Working closely with Project management team to ensure that client expectations are met
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 – 4 years prior successful solutions selling in the translation, marketing, or document management industries, and/or prior experience selling to banks and other financial services firms
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin ability is a plus

I am a commerce graduate as well as a post graduate diploma holder in Computer Applications also I passed E-Commerce, a one year course from Aptech Computer Education. And I have good command over English language and extra ability with latest computer operation and management.

At present, I am working with an oil & gas drilling company, MB Petroleum Services Company, an MNC, Head Office in Oman, since December 2006. Before the present assignment, I worked in India with a production company M/s. Palm Fibre India Ltd., as Jr. Manager (Costing), one year. Out of the 7 years of my job with the Saudi Arabian Company, R.H.AlMarri Co., I was promoted to the position of Administration Supervisor, from the post of Computer Programmer, due to my manpower control & dealings, work performance and administrative prowess. I increased my abilities step by step during the past 18 years’ work experience, I have given due consideration for promotion, pay-hike and great appreciation.

I have engaged myself mainly, in areas such as Manpower Control & Dealings, office administration and management, Payroll supervision, Cost control, Rig Administration, Journey Management< Health safety & Environment etc. I was fortunate to have worked close with my supervisors and hence gained the skills to deal with my work effectively.

Self-confidence, industrious nature, and pleasant personality and excellent soft skills are my assets and strengths. I have the ability to manage and solve problems effectively. My pleasing demeanor, communication methods, initiative and leadership quality made me a successful senior administrator.

My present net salary is RO:600/- (Rs.75,000 per month and 70 / 35 rotation (70 days duty & 35 days rest) and free food and accommodation + up & down air ticket + insurance + medical + Bonus etc.

My ambition is to stay with my family (free family status) or 35/35 rotation + reasonable salary+ other allowances.

I am ready to discharge my duty in any circumstances, if you are not happy with my qualities or you found anything wrong with me.
