Weber Shandwick, the world’s leading public relations and communications management firm has an immediate need for a Client Coordinator/Secretary.

Client Coordinator / Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing secretarial and administrative duties for Vice President and team
  • Co-ordinate and assist in all relevant documentation for travel arrangements for VP and team
  • Scan daily, weekly, monthly and online publications for client-relevant media coverage
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials/credentials documents
  • Handle general correspondences
  • Preparation of news clipping reports and summaries as needed by team and client
  • Cross-reference, approve and forward invoices to the Accounting Department
  • Coordinate mass mailings and assemble press kits
  • Provide reception relief and back up assistance for other secretaries
  • Ad hoc projects & assignments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
  • An efficient & multi tasking team player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
  • Only those who are currently permitted to work in Singapore need apply
