Weber Shandwick, the world’s leading public relations and communications management firm has an immediate need for a Client Coordinator/Secretary.
Client Coordinator / Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing secretarial and administrative duties for Vice President and team
- Co-ordinate and assist in all relevant documentation for travel arrangements for VP and team
- Scan daily, weekly, monthly and online publications for client-relevant media coverage
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials/credentials documents
- Handle general correspondences
- Preparation of news clipping reports and summaries as needed by team and client
- Cross-reference, approve and forward invoices to the Accounting Department
- Coordinate mass mailings and assemble press kits
- Provide reception relief and back up assistance for other secretaries
- Ad hoc projects & assignments.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
- An efficient & multi tasking team player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
