Claims Analyst Anveron Consulting Pte Ltd

Claims Analyst

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Claims Analyst will be responsible for the following:

JOB SCOPE

  • Examine and process paper and electronic claims
  • Provide independent, accurate, timely and efficient adjudication of benefits claims in accordance with established guidelines
  • Communicate with clients and employees on claims administration enquiries via email and phone
  • Prepare and provide necessary regular payment files and reports for clients
  • Identify opportunities for processing efficiencies and improvements through process improvements and system enhancements
  • Other assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree
  • Minimum 2 years claims processing experience, Medical or General
  • Knowledge of medical/insurance benefits and terminology is preferred
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Possess a strong command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate clearly
