Civil & Structural Engineer (Technical Controller)

The Role:

The candidate will be required to:

Oversee and carry out personal supervision and the execution and performance of the building works.
Performing other duties as assigned

The Pre-Requisites:

The candidate should possess

At least a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution ( BCA requirement)
At least 5 years (in aggregate) of practical experience in the execution of construction projects (whether in Singapore or elsewhere) after attaining the qualification as shown in point a. ( BCA requirement)
At least 5 years (in aggregate) of practical experience in execution of specialist building works of that class (refer to the six specialist areas as shown below) (whether in Singapore or elsewhere) after attaining the qualification as shown in point a. ( BCA requirement)
Six Specialist building works Areas:
1. Piling works
2. Ground support and stabilization works
3. Site investigation work
4. Structural steelwork
5. Pre-cast concrete work
6. In-situ post-tensioning work
Good in CAD drawing tools (2D/3D) will be an advantage
Good working attitude
Good Supervisory Skills
