Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development an overall strategy to create and grow an organization that will provide leadership and direction to all employees involved with the client.
Responsible for monitoring client satisfaction, adherence to budget and contractual obligations and initiating action when necessary.
Responsible to engage appropriate resources and gauge the progress of any number of projects that are ongoing with the client.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in IT or related field with 10 years of IT experience with at least five years experience in a senior IT role.
5 or more years of experience developing and implementing standardized procedures, supporting end users, and managing IT service providers.
Vast experience as a manager in leading cross functional diversed teams preferred.
Significant, broad-based business experience and deep knowledge of Information Systems, planning, budgeting, and demonstrated project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Thorough understanding of the market and current trends in the IT business.
Experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables, quality assurance, walkthroughs, issue reporting, and change management.
Ability to effectively gain ownership for program-wide issues by the appropriate management group and the ability to drive issue resolution.
