The Tanglin Club, a premier club in Singapore, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the post of:

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Security & Fire Safety Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assist the Security & Fire Safety Manager in day-to-day operations of security operations around the Club’s premises
Ensure that Agency Guards carry out their duties in accordance with the service agreement
Assist in conducting investigations and submit incident reports to the Management
Supervise a team of contracted security personnel
Provide on-the-job training/coaching for contracted security personnel
Assist in conducting induction/training, fire drill, developing safety & emergency response procedures etc for Club’s employees
Manage and prepare incident/accident reports after an investigation
Assist in reviewing and implementing security procedures
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Key Attributes:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 5 years’ of relevant experience in Security Management
Good organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
Self-motivated and Independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
Good report writing skills
Ex-police or army regular personnel preferred
