Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels marketing program.
- Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information, product information, communication schedule changes and product enhancements to distributors, OEMs and resellers. Provides support during software evaluation/testing phase.
- Post-sales duties include researching status of customer orders, order processing, providing information on possible product problems and resolve shipping, scheduling and invoicing problems. Ensure partner/customer satisfaction.
- Implement and execute channel programs for designated product lines for S.E.Asia.
- Managing & repeating a marketing program across multiple partners/countries, researching partner profile, and maintain regular communication with partners/prospects.
- Provides channels sales operations support for S.E.Asia.
- Provides admin support to the channels sales manager/director with day-to-day activity coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- 5-8 years related channels operations / marketing experience in a software company.
- Experienced working with channels.
- Detailed oriented, multi-tasking skills, team player, self-motivated
- Results-driven, enthusiastic and committed.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
