Card Sales Officer – Bank of China Limited

We, a leading foreign bank, invite applications for the following position :

Card Sales Officer

Responsibilities :

Reporting to Senior Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible to acquire, develop and grow new business through effective outbound activities.
Identify and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, companies and other organizations.
To ensure that sales targets are met by converting leads to sales and cross-selling other bank products.
To deliver quality service when effecting telemarketing calls and completing the sales process.
To handle customer-service related enquiries and instructions.

Requirements :

A recognized degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in credit card industry
Sales and result oriented, with a pleasant disposition. Those with good sales record will be at an advantage.
Self-motivated, good team player, dedicated and responsible with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
