Job description:

• To control and administer all orders as requested by customers and ensure timely delivery and optimum cost to company and the customer
• Obtain all quotations and place orders with suppliers
• Purchase of marine supplies and source for new suppliers
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure clear communications and relationships
• Visit customer sites to establish and maintain user relationships
• Identify and execute business process improvement which lead to cost saving
• Attend meeting with suppliers to negotiate prices and service levels

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in indirect purchasing is a must
• Experienced in Marine industry is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Customer service oriented and good communication skills
• Fast learner and multi task
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Other Information:

• Salary $2,000 – $2,500
• Located in West (Toh Guan Road)
• Working hours: Mondays – Fridays: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm (After probation, Alternate Sat)
