Job Scope:

• Reports to Purchase Manager
• Procurement order placement and tracking based on Purchase Requisition
• Coordinate and Ensure a Bidding Process in performed for all purchases under his/her responsibility according to company’s policies
• Coordinate of invoices ’approval and the delivery of items on Board
• Ensure accountability of open purchase orders, open requisitions and accounts payable through transaction documentation, process and procedure verifications.

Requirements:

• Good with ERP software and excel ( pivot table, value caps,etc)
• Strong inter-personal skills in order to communication with vendors
• Strong organization skills and ability to communicate and follow procedures
• Min Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Min 2-3 years experience in Shipping or Ship Management
