Buyer & Inventory Administrator

Responsibilities

Perform stock taking and monitoring of stock balance for both raw materials and finished goods
Prepare and monitor long-term & short-term stock planning
Responsible for day-to-day purchasing of raw materials, packaging goods, office and factory used equipment and spare parts.
Source and secure quality materials at competitive prices. Ensuring excellent food quality in each purchase
Negotiate for competitive price and quotation
Ensure orders are delivered on time in meeting production needs

Qualification

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in purchase order and inventory management
GCE “A” Level or GCE “O” Level with above 2 years experience may also apply
Able to speak English and Mandarin
Knowledge of MS-Office applications is required
Strong negotiation skills, good analytical mind and able to multi-task are essential attributes
Able to start work at short notice
