Business Development Manager ( 5 positions)

Job Description & Requirement:

Willing to travel overseas extensively, proven track record in sales and closing deals
At least 5 years experience as a BDM
Proven track record in Business Development and list of references (references will be checked);
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment within a new and rapidly developing market and company
Excellent communication and computer skills;
Fluent in English, including reading and writing. Either a native speaker or at least 5 years of overseas experience;
Great interpersonal, communication, organization and diplomatic skills to deal with regional and international cultural issues;
Ability to work easily and effectively across international borders
Analytically minded with an eye for details;
Background in travel, insurance or medical industries
Self-confident, high energy levels, creative and capable of working independently
Salary depending on experience, starting from 4k, plus bonus and or commissions
Comfortable working in senior environment, able to conduct meetings and close deals
A big plus; cultural experience and proficiency in a 2nd or 3rd language, such as Thai, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Arabic, Malaysian, Taiwanese, Russian, German or other European languages.
No 9-5 mentality, hard working, flexible schedule, job focused and ambitious, only these people will be invited for an interview.
