Business Development Manager Crystal Computer Graphics Pte Ltd

Founded in 1995, Crystal Computer Graphics is the most prestigious digital media company in Asia and graphic design services supplier of Beijing 2008 Olympic game. Due to expansion in Asia Pacific region, we are seeking highly motivated candidates for the following based in Singapore.

Business Development Manager (India)

Position requires the candidate to be stationed in or travel frequently to India.

Identify and develop business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions in the CG industry and product designs as well as the Company’s creativity services.
Define and follow up of yearly department targets and objectives.
Manage Sales Target for identified product range for the India Market
Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Divisional and company’s strategies.
Account Management
Increase the company’s involvement with existing client
Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports for the identified region and market segment.
Serves as a project manager for both internal and external projects
Communicating with project managers
Troubleshooting possibly dealing personally with customers
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products
Keeping abreast with what competitors are doing.
Provide support and feedback for all marketing initiatives and programmes
Any other duties assigned by Business Dev. Director & Senior Management

Criteria

Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or IT, candidate with marketing and post graduate degree in business, will be given advanced standing
Understand the India Architecture, Property and SEZ Markets
Understand India Business Culture and business environment
Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field, ideally in a Sales position
